Data deletion

You can permanently delete your CartFolio account and all associated data at any time. This applies no matter how you signed up, including accounts created with Facebook or Google sign-in.

Delete your account yourself

The fastest way, if you are signed in:

• Go to Settings → Account.
• Find the delete account section, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

This immediately and permanently removes your profile, carts, photos, modification and maintenance records, comments, likes, and marketplace listings. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, or you signed up with Facebook and no longer have access to that account, reach us through our contact page and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the email address or Facebook name you used so we can find it. We will delete your data and confirm by email, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes the personal information tied to it, including the email address and basic profile details received from Facebook or Google when you signed in. Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they are overwritten on our normal backup cycle.
