These Terms govern your use of CartFolio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CartFolio.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use CartFolio. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you add. By publishing content on CartFolio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not list vehicles you do not have the right to sell, or that cannot be sold legally.
• Do not harass other users, post unlawful content, or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Marketplace

CartFolio is a platform for documenting carts and connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users, we do not take payment for cart sales, and we do not guarantee any listing, description, price, cart condition, or the conduct of any buyer or seller. Verify vehicles, ownership, and identities independently before buying or selling, and transact at your own risk.

Value estimates and AI features

CartFolio's value estimates, photo scans, and suggestions are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates, not appraisals or offers, and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a transaction. See our valuation methodology for how estimates are produced.

Dealer program

Dealer features are offered during a beta at no charge and may change. We may introduce fees or new terms for dealer features in the future, with notice.

Disclaimers

CartFolio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartFolio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between users, your content, or your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using CartFolio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
