The cart's 17-character VIN passes the federal check-digit test and its model-year code matches the listed year. Misread or made-up VINs fail this check.

Year, make, model, mileage, and condition are all stated. No blanks a buyer would have to guess at.

At least three owner-uploaded photos are on the record.

Documented history
At least three build or service entries are logged, so the record shows real upkeep rather than a page created in one sitting.

Established member
The owner's account is at least a week old. Throwaway accounts created the day of a sale do not qualify.
